Total Bull Playmates is a Fool! No Film in 2010!

This news was made in error on the part of Playmates Toys who wanted to keep the hype going.
We had all been lead to believe that we would get a new live action film by this blerb on their site but it turns out that it was nothing more than false hype in poor times.

Really? Is the "live action" bit official?

Hmm... if so, I for one am disappointed, as the CGI flick was the best one yet.

It is indeed and I'm going to have to disagree with you while the cgi in the film was indeed nice, I've gone back on my views of the last movie after countless viewing's and it's a total snoozefest to me.
Many people in the general public I've come across look at the last movie as lost potential, it should have been something great but it was a huge dissapoint to many people that are not hardcore TMNT fans such as ourselves.

I didn't see any announcement about it on Murph's blog, Laird's blog or the official site... So, I'm kind of skeptical given that I only just found this blog.

So, I guess I'm asking for 'proof'... if there is any. =/

Playmates toys is an official source, I don't know what more to tell you as they are one of Mirages top financial backers in projects.
More information will follow I'm quite sure all in due time.
